House Rules

  1. All guests must keep at least one government ID mentioning address with them. It is mandatory at the time of check-in.
  2. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, request you to be generous. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker will be available from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
  3. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
  4. Alcohol consumption is allowed but you will have to Bring Your Own Booze (BYOB). Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe. We also trust our guests to enjoy a happy high without indulging in drunken misbehavior of any kind. Property is in the gated community so any misbehavior is not tolerated.
  5. Smoking is allowed in the outside areas.
  6. No illegal activities including consumption of banned drugs are not allowed.
  7. Playing loud music is restricted after 10:00 PM.
  8. Unmarried couples are allowed.
  9. This place is LGBTQ Friendly. Gender identity is a spectrum, and of course, love is love.
Important: This villa is in a gated community. For stag bookings, a refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of booking. Cars can reach directly at the villa and park inside. Jio & Airtel mobile networks work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. The caretaker stays nearby. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. In case the guests decide to leave the premises, they are advised to return to the property by 9:00 PM.
